Book Clubs
Our Book Clubs welcome all participants and are open to both patrons of the Dyer Library and non-cardholders alike!
Our Afternoon Book Club is led by Kat and meets in the Deering Room. Meetings will almost always take place on the first Thursday of every month at 4:00 p.m.
The Afternoon Book Club will resume on September 3! We’ll meet to discuss our favorite summer reads and hand out the first book selection, “The Ride of Her Life“ (Elizabeth Letts). The discussion date for this first book will be October 1, 2026.

Our Morning Book Club focuses on historical fiction and will generally meet the third Wednesday of each month at 10:00 AM in the Fish Bowl, and will be led by Val.
The next Morning Book Club meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 16th at 10:00 AM. The book we will be discussing is “The Henna Artist” by Alka Joshi. For a copy of the book, please visit the circulation desk.
