Our Story

The Festival of Trees, held annually at the Saco Museum, is a beloved holiday tradition for the community. Now in it’s 20th year, volunteers work tirelessly to transform our galleries into a enchanted, sparkling wonderland of beautifully decorated trees, each with it’s own special theme. Guests can wander through the museum to appreciate the trees, bid on art work from esteemed local artists on the Art Tree, and drop raffle tickets into one of many boxes for a chance to win exciting prizes donated by local businesses and individuals. With additional events for adults and children, it’s a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season and get into the festive spirit!
